Tonia Trivett, SPTC Founder

Tonia Trivett, as Principle and founder of Agile Phoenix, navigates enterprise clients through the trials of transforming from traditional systems and solution delivery to Lean-Agile methodologies. Before founding Agile Phoenix, she spent her 20+ year career as a change agent in the high-tech industry. Tonia was an executive at Accenture overseeing Lean-Agile transformation strategies.  Prior to Accenture, she had a long career at American Online (AOL) that began in the early 1990’s.  Initially, she led highly technical project using traditional waterfall methods. Agile and Lean methods began to incorporate in Tonia’s work out of necessity in the early 2000’s while she was working on integrating the newly combined AOL Time Warner company’s IT technologies & processes. To date, Tonia has delivered SAFe training in 6 countries, trained/certified over 1000 people in both public and private classes.

Marie Jacques, SAFe Implementation Consultant SPC, RTE

Marie is an experienced technology leader with 21+ years hands on experience in technical and leadership roles. She’s lead organizations through Scaled Agile (SAFe) transformations as an agile PMO Manager. As a SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) and Release Train Engineer (RTE) she has in depth, practical knowledge to help enterprises through the challenges of organizational change. As a SAFe coach/consultant, Marie is passionate about supporting the people in the enterprise adapting to new ways of working . She helps her clients shift their mindset to become more value centric in their solution delivery and quickens their flow of value implementing lean-agile principles and methods. Marie has taught over 1000 students, many of which are now certified.
